Assessing the Quality of Educational Services from the Viewpoint of Clinical Teachers and Medical Students Using SERVQUAL Model

Background: One of the basic steps in improving quality health programs is to evaluate it from viewpoint beneficiaries. SERVQUAL a model that very effective evaluating services. Objectives: The aim this study was assess clinical teachers and medical students about educational services provided based on 2018. Methods: This research descriptive-analytical 80 Shahid Beheshti Teaching Hospital Kashan participated it. Data collection tool standard questionnaire including 22 items 7-point Likert scale. were analyzed using SPSS 16 software descriptive inferential statistics (t-test) (P ≤ 0.05).
